ViewSonic launches 24-inch VG2427 1080p LCD display

ViewSonic has come out with it's VG2427 LCD monitor. The display packs a 24-inch panel, 1,920 x 1,080 native resolution, 20,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 300 nits of brightness, hidden stereo speaker, and a height adjustable stand. Further, you will find a 2-port USB hub, an ECO mode for sucking down less energy and a seductively slim bezel to boot. You can get yourself one for around $499.

Prevent Applications From Running

If you need to prevent an application from running accidentally or would like to disable an application you can't uninstall, AppLocker provides a simple interface to do so.

Whether you'd like to prevent Internet Explorer from running because you can't uninstall it to get rid of it or because you'd like to disable web browsing on a computer used by a young child, AppLocker allows you to create a black list of applications that cannot be launched.
